Cardiac arrest does not discriminate. It can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any age, often without warning.

CardiacCrash in action

CardiacCrash sessions create an employee experience that adds value by providing them with life-saving skills. We encourage excitement and friendly competition between teams.

Time: A session is approximately an hour and led by an in-house facilitator or a paid external instructor. In-house facilitators have access to an online training portal filled with support resources. The training takes approximately 90 minutes to complete including reviewing the film. Choose the CardiacCrash experience that works best for your audience!

Technology: A computer (recommended) or tablet with a connection to a projector or large screen.

Equipment: CPR equipment is required to practice – paid instructors will provide equipment. There is also the option to purchase a set of CPR Cubes.

Space: A large enough space for 2 teams (up to 40 employees) and CPR practice stations.

Fundraise: We offer various options for corporate and employee donations, including matching opportunities. Additionally, we can create an event page where participants can raise funds before their session to support Heart & Stroke's mission to save more lives.

“Today's session was excellent, and provided me the knowledge and courage to help make a difference in the moments following a cardiac event. As someone whose family has a history of heart events, I know this information is crucial, and I hope more organizations will provide this training to their employees.”
